This Privacy Policy explains how Quoting Fast, LLC (“we,” “us”), which operates CompareCoverageRates at comparecoveragerates.com (the “Site”), collects, uses and shares information when you use the Site.

1. Who we are

CompareCoverageRates is a free auto insurance comparison service operated by Quoting Fast, LLC, a Florida limited liability company.

2. Information we collect

Quick comparison quiz. Your answers (current coverage, number of vehicles, home ownership, age range, driving history and bundle interest) and your ZIP code. The quiz does not ask for your name, phone number or email address.

Full quote request. If you choose to request a full quote, the details you enter, such as your name, address, date of birth, email address, phone number, vehicles, drivers, driving history and current insurance.

Calls. If you call a number shown on our Site, your phone number, the time and length of the call and a recording of the call, plus the ZIP code and current-coverage answer you gave us.

Automatically collected information. Your IP address, approximate location derived from it (used to suggest your ZIP code), browser and device type, pages visited, and the ad click identifier included in the link when you arrive from a Google ad.

3. How we use information

• To show insurance providers that may serve your area.
• To share your full quote request with insurance partners so they can contact you with quotes, as described in section 4.
• To contact you about your request by phone call or email, as you agreed on the quote form.
• To measure our advertising, to prevent fraud and automated abuse, to keep records of your consent, and to comply with the law.

4. How we share information

Insurance partners. When you submit a full quote request and give consent, we share the information you submitted with one or more of the insurance companies, agents and quote-matching services named in section 5 so they can contact you by phone call and email about auto insurance quotes.

MediaAlpha. We use MediaAlpha, an insurance advertising platform, to choose which insurance providers to show. MediaAlpha receives your quiz or quote answers, ZIP code, and device and IP information for that purpose. When you click a provider, you leave our Site and go to the provider’s website, and the provider’s own privacy policy applies.

Google Ads. We advertise on Google. Our pages use the Google Ads tag (Google LLC) to measure whether an ad visit led to a listing click or a quote request. Google may set or read cookies or similar identifiers for this purpose. We store the Google click identifier from your ad visit (such as gclid, gbraid or wbraid) with a random visit ID, and we may report to Google that the visit led to a listing click or a quote request, with the click identifier, the time and a conversion value. We do not send your name, phone number, email address or quiz answers to Google. Cloudflare. Our Site is hosted on Cloudflare, and we use Cloudflare Turnstile to check that visitors are people and not automated programs. Turnstile collects browser and device signals for that check.

Consent records. When you use the full quote form, we use ActiveProspect TrustedForm to create a record of the form and the consent language you saw and agreed to. Our partners may use that record to confirm your consent.

Phone calls you place. After the quiz or a quote request we may show a phone number you can choose to call. That number is provided by our call-tracking provider, Ringba, which receives your ZIP code, whether you said you are currently insured, and the address of the page you were on (which can include the ad click identifier) so your call can be routed to a licensed insurance agent or partner who serves your area. When you call, your phone number, the call time and duration, and a recording of the call may be collected by us, Ringba and the agent or partner who answers, for quality, compliance and billing.

Legal and business transfers. When required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

5. Marketing partners

When you request a full quote and give the consent shown on our quote form, Quoting Fast, LLC and the following companies may contact you by phone call and email about auto insurance quotes. We share your quote request with one or more of them so they can provide quotes. They include licensed insurance companies, licensed agents and agencies, and insurance comparison and quote-matching services. Our marketing partners include, but are not limited to:

This list changes as our partner relationships change. To ask which companies received your information, email support@comparecoveragerates.com with the subject “Recipient List Request.” Opting out with us does not automatically opt you out with a partner that already received your request; contact that partner directly, and we will tell you who received your request if you ask.

6. Cookies and your choices

We use cookies and similar technologies to run the Site, to remember your progress during a visit, to confirm a visitor check, and for Google Ads measurement. You can control cookies in your browser settings. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we set Google’s consent settings to deny ad storage, ad user data and ad personalization and ask Google to restrict data processing.

• Emails: use the unsubscribe link in any email, or email us.
• Your state privacy rights: depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information and to opt out of its sale or sharing. Email support@comparecoveragerates.com with your request. We may need to verify your identity, and we will not discriminate against you for using these rights.

7. Security and retention

We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We keep information as long as needed to provide the service, keep consent and opt-out records, and meet legal and accounting obligations.

8. Children

The Site is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a new “last updated” date.
